Service Description

Rest assured, we provide excellent companionship, enrichment & exercise for your pet while you're away. Your pet will be welcomed into our 'puppy-proofed' home, where they will be comfy, cozy & have unlimited access to my fully secured, fenced-in yard. Walks & exercise are provided several times daily as exercise is essential to your pet's physical & mental well-being. I make sure you're in the loop by providing daily updates, pictures or even a FaceTime call if you wish. If housesitting & pet care is your need, no problem! In certain mutually agreed upon situations, dog-sitting can take place in your home. This service includes taking in mail, packages, running local errands, and keeping your home secure & running smoothly while you're away. Overnight boarding starts at $95. Fees are based on single dog. Fees vary for puppies, additional dogs are $45/per. (Holiday rates: an additional $40/night, effective 11/21-11/28, 12/20-1/7 & School breaks Oct/Feb/Spring, Easter, Memorial Day & 4th of July weekend, & Labor Day Weekend) In-House sitting is an additional $25/day. *Please EMAIL dates & inquiries to luciascrittersitting@gmail.com to ensure availability! Deposits will be expected for advanced dates and for holiday bookings. If scheduled pick-up/drop-off exceeds a half day (12 hours) beginning at 9AM, client will be charged an additional $47.50. Cancelation Policy: Holiday & long-term (2 or more consecutive weeks): Lucia's Critter Sitting reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services if canceled with less than 3 weeks notice prior to scheduled service. If booked more than 3 months in advance, LCS requires a (3) week cancellation notice. For services booked 3 or more months in advance, a 50% deposit is required. If canceled less than 3 weeks in advance, the deposit is non-refundable. Non-holiday bookings made more than 1 month in advance will require a deposit. Cancellations for non-holiday bookings require 48 hours. If cancellations are made after the allotted 48 hours, client is subject to paying 100% of total booking cost. For any non-emergency, day of-last minute cancellations, full deposits will be non-refundable & may be billed 100% of the scheduled visit cost. *All dogs must be current on vaccinations.
